From the very first conversations, our focus was clear: we wanted to capture the brand’s timeless Parisian charm and translate it into tools the HR department and new employees would actually love to use. The result? Two booklets that have stood the test of time, updated and embraced year after year.
crafting the graphic universe
We created a unique illustration style that aligned with the narrative of the brand, while emanating warmth and elegance of the Parisian experience in the eyes of Ladurée.
the consistency of brand values through art direction
Taking cues from the brand guidelines, we developed a layout that was unique to the text and the message.
Furthermore, over 30 large (and small!) drawings were used to illustrate not only the brand message but the specific points related to the employee experience. The goal was to call attention and generate interest to more complicated subjects.
Thus, we paid particular attention to charm, teamwork, diversity, and love of detail.

For larger traditional brands, as well as smaller artisanal brands, we believe internal communication should be on-par with the overall objectives of the business.
And so these booklets became more than just documents for future employees. They became part of the Ladurée’s living ecosystem, still in use after 6 years.
